Introduce trading companies to Hiram Trade

A trade partner is an independent person or company that brings importers, exporters and procurement teams to Hiram Trade through a personal referral link. Hiram approves every partner. A partner acts on its own account, not on behalf of Hiram.

What a trade partner is

Independent
An individual, with or without a registered business, or an organisation, from any country. Not an employee, attorney or representative of Hiram.
Own referral link
After approval you receive a personal code and link. A company is linked to you when the person who creates it signs up with your code or link, within the periods set in the terms.
No exclusivity
The country or region you state is for information only. One company has one partner at a time; the first valid code counts.

How it works

  1. 01ApplySign in to Hiram and submit the application under Trade partner programme, accepting the partner terms.
  2. 02Approval by HiramHiram reviews each application and may ask for more information, including identification data, before approving or rejecting it.
  3. 03Share your linkSend your link to companies that trade. The code and link are personal and may not be sold or passed on.
  4. 04Track your referralsYour partner area lists the companies linked to you and their stage. Commissions appear there once commission calculation is switched on.

What you see as a partner

The partner area shows your own referrals only.

  • Their stage: signed up, verified, active, first deal
  • Your commissions, once the success fee on a deal has been invoiced and paid

  • Who the companies trade with
  • Prices, deal terms and messages
  • Contact details of counterparties

Who it is for

People and firms that already work with importers, exporters or procurement teams and can introduce them to the platform:

  • Trade agents, brokers and sourcing consultants
  • Freight forwarders and customs agencies
  • Trade associations and export advisers

Rules

Commissions depend on the success fees Hiram actually charges on completed deals of companies linked to you; conditions, periods and payouts are set in the partner terms. Referring fictitious companies, unsolicited bulk messages, promises made on behalf of Hiram, undisclosed payments from either side and moving deals off the platform are not allowed. Hiram may suspend or end a partner's participation for a breach.

The application form is in your Hiram account, under Trade partner programme in the account menu.

You need a Hiram account. If you are not signed in, you will sign in first and then open Trade partner programme from the account menu.
