Closed Beta Terms - Hiram Trade

This English version is a translation. The Polish version is legally binding.

These terms supplement the Terms during the Closed Beta. In the event of a conflict, they prevail over the Terms. The Operator is JIII-LEGACY.

1. Access by invitation. A new User Account may be created only with a valid invitation from the Operator or an invitation to an existing Company Account. An invitation may be personal, have a usage limit and an expiry date; the Operator may revoke it. Invitations may not be resold or published.
2. Access request. A person without an invitation may submit a request using the "Request access" form. The Operator is not obliged to grant it or to give reasons for a refusal. Data from the request are kept for 12 months (Privacy Policy).
3. Nature of the beta version. The Platform is in a testing phase. Features may be changed, added or withdrawn, and errors and interruptions may occur. The Operator does not guarantee availability. The Operator may delete test data marked as synthetic (prefix [DEMO]); it does not delete Companies' data without a basis in the Terms or the Privacy Policy.
4. Demonstration data. The market may contain synthetic Listings marked with the prefix [DEMO]. They are not real commercial offers and cannot lead to Deals.
5. Fees. During the Closed Beta, Subscription fees and Success Fees are charged in full in accordance with the Price List from the first day of use of the Platform.
6. Feedback. Users may submit comments and suggestions. The Operator may use them to develop the Platform without remuneration and without any obligation to implement them; this does not cover commercial Content or Companies' data.
7. Confidentiality. Users shall not publicly disclose information about non-public features of the Platform that the Operator has marked as confidential.
8. End of the Closed Beta. The Operator will give at least 15 days' notice of the end of the Closed Beta. Accounts created during the Closed Beta remain active under the Terms.
